nationally. The foundation of their

producer. This focus mandates a network
of experienced field sales managers whom
they call Senior Agents. Senior Agents
are experienced, proven top-quality
individuals who understand the mindset of
the independent producer. Our client
currently has openings in the Mid-West
(Illinois). The duties of a Senior Agent
are to develop annual sales and
recruiting plans; expand and manage a
cost effective distribution system;
conduct regional seminars/meetings and
agent training; manage annual expense
budget; and recruit regional marketing
directors. Senior Agents are employees of
our carrier, and as such enjoy full
benefits. Most important, performance
based compensation, monthly production
bonus, annual growth bonus and numerous
trips and awards. Our client rewards
success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree,
CLU, ChFC, CFP, CES, MBA, JD, CPA a plus.
Seven years progressive experience in the
employee benefit, group insurance, or
worksite industry, five of which have
been spent as sales manager or regional
director with an insurance company or
marketing or sales organization.

MARKETING - GET WEB LEADS!
More and more firms are doing their
research on the web. We will design a web
site specific to voluntary benefits for
your use in your area. You can save a
tremendous amount of postage just
e-mailing links to your clients. We will
design a monthly e-zine that is e-mailed
to your prospects once a month which
keeps your name in front of them. We will
also place you on a special report list
to get late breaking stories of interest
regarding your industry.
BRANDING - MAKE PROSPECTS
REMEMBER YOU!
We develop the materials to brand your
organization in your local area as a
voluntary benefits specialist. You also
gain a measure of protection since only
one organization can be assigned leads a
zip code within The Benefit Network. We
will refer all web leads that come into
our site from your zip codes to your
organization.
DIRECT MAIL - PROFESSIONALLY
DESIGNED TO SELL YOUR FIRM
We create direct mail pieces that you can
use to complement the web campaign.
GET VOLUME DISCOUNTS ON PREMIUM
ITEMS AND INTERNET ENHANCEMENTS!
We will create alliances that will allow
you to purchase specialty items in
volume. If we gain sufficient traction in
an area, we will explore a media campaign
to assist your marketing program. You
will also get access to a corporate
intranet which will allow file sharing
and collaboration among your staff. As a
qualified agent, you may also participate
in multi state enrollments in your area.
MORE REVENUE
Our branding may enhance your
ability to recruit and sell products. You
may use the web site to recruit new
producers, you may advertise the site and
use the branded logos to refer business
to your organization.
MORE COMMISSIONS
Any insurance commissions that you
generate from this marketing are
yours, there are no royalty fees. Any
commission splits for multi state
enrollment are arranged in advance, same
for broker enrollments.
MORE RECRUITING OPPORTUNITIES
You collect 100% any new hire-recruiting
bonus that is paid by your carrier, and
100% of any commissions from the sale of
products paid by the carrier, unless you
arranged a split.
ADDITIONAL REVENUE OPPORTUNITY
If you elect to assist in marketing our
advertising co-operative in your state,
you may also participate in revenue
sharing from the sale of The Benefit
Network®
services in your state. You may offer
this same program to other offices in
your state to cover suburbs and counties
that you do not cover.
