CENTURY 21® New Millennium’s Total Home Services Program Offers Moving Benefits to Employees.

Most people have been watching the real estate market lately with a great deal of apprehension. The industry has been in the news and there have not been many positive comments, until now! The Total Home Services (THS) Program is a FREE program for employers providing a combination of all the facets of the purchase or sale of a home: Brokerage Services, Mortgage/Finance Services, Title/Settlement Services and Insurance Services. All of these services come together to create a “One-Stop Shopping” experience, servicing employees’ needs during this complicated process.

In addition to the professional services provided through Total Home Services, the program currently creates an average savings of over $3,000 for employees at the settlement table, representing direct savings to the employee on their closing costs!

Total Home Services begins by creating a customized website for each company we work with. We also create educational materials which can be distributed by the company via email, or placed into existing distribution vehicles such as newsletters, hiring packets and flyers. All we need from the company is their logo…we take care of the rest!

How Does the Total Home Services Program Work for Employees?

We operate an easy 3 step process which takes employees from their initial housing search, all the way through the settlement table with professionals who are experienced and experts in the communities where they operate.

Step 1: Employees Enroll in the Program – On each page of the company’s customized website (http://ths.movingbenefits.com), the employee will have three different ways to enroll:

1. Submit an online application

2. Email a Home Services Counselor

3. Call a Home Services Counselor toll-free

Step 2: Employees speak with their Home Services Counselor – After an employees’ initial enrollment is received, a Home Services Counselor will contact them within 4 hours of receiving their inquiry (24 hours on weekends). Our Home Services Counselors are experts in their field and handle over 3,000 of these types of calls every year. The Home Services Counselor will confirm their enrollment and start the employee down the path of their real estate transaction.

Step 3: Employees See the Total Home Services Program in Action! – The Home Services Counselor will assist in getting the employee in touch with the REALTOR®, mortgage and title services they need to make a smooth transition into their new home. The Home Services Counselor will be a constant contact for the employee and can answer any questions about the real estate process.

What Discounts Create the Savings for an Employee?

Our professionally trained and licensed real estate agents assist the employee by providing the following discount/rebate opportunities:

1. 10% Commission Rebate (average is over $1,000)

2. One-Half Point Credit on Mortgage (average is over $1,700)

3. Free Home Warranty ($419 value)

4. Credit on Title Settlement ($150 value)
